I was told to only clean with diluted white vinegar.** A: Absolutely! I used to use a homemade concoction which included diluted white vinegar until I found & fell in love with this Method Wood Cleaner. You will love it. Seriously! **Q: Is this safe to put on wood furniture where cats walk?** A: I haven't had any problems with my cats and using method. It's one of the healthier cleaners. **Q: Ok does it actually clean the wood? We know it smells ok. We know it has a bit of polish shine. Can anyone state it cleans prints and cabinet gunk off** A: Yes it does. It actually makes it shine vs other cleaners I've used. I'm not sure what gunk you mean, if you mean the typical fingerprints and sticky spots, yes it will get that off! Overall I recommend method cleaner over almost anything. It smells incredible and it works well! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Product! *by on Reviewed in the United States 9 April 2024* This Method Wood Polish really does a great job at cleaning wood furniture and leaving a beautiful shine without any greasy residue. It smells pleasant but doesn't overpower the room. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent price and delivered within 5 days! *by on Reviewed in Canada 30 July 2023* This polish is the very best, I’ve been buying it for years. It’s the only brand I will use on my real wood furniture. You don’t need to use too much, it nourishes the wood and keeps my furniture looking great throughout the varying temperatures here in Canada. The delicate almond scent is beautiful. This 6 pack is an excellent price. Buy it when you see it, as it had been sold out for a short while on Amazon as its no longer in stores, here in Atlantic Canada.I ordered it mid July and selected free postage, the given arrival date was August 1st, however it arrived 5 days later. Extremely happy 😊 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simply the Best *by on Reviewed in the United States 21 April 2022* This is the only wood polish I actually like. The light almond scent and non-sticky finish leaves wood clean, but not sticky or overly shiny. No build up. Have been using this for years and anytime I try something else I regret it. ## Frequently Bought Together - Method Wood Polish, Almond, For Wood Surfaces, Furniture and Cabinets, 14 Ounces (Pack of 6) - Method Squirt + Mop Hardwood Floor Cleaner Refill, Almond, 68 Ounce --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/520460139-method-wood-polish-almond-pack-of-6](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/520460139-method-wood-polish-almond-pack-of-6) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
