I used this to program mine: Toyota Compustar 900R Key Fob Reprogram Important Note: The engine will remain off for the entire process. Please keep your foot off of the brake pedal the entire time. Also, please make sure your doors are closed during this procedure. During this remote programming process, you will be cycling the key in the ignition (without cranking/starting the engine) multiple times in order to cycle between the ignition on and ignition off positions. The ignition ON position, will be the last ignition slot before the engine start cranking over. And then turn the key all the way back like you are taking the key in and out of the ignition; this will be your ignition OFF position. 1. Do Not start the engine. Cycle key from ignition OFF to ignition ON 5 times within 10 seconds. Key should be left in the ON position, should receive 1 parking light flash. 2. I check the compustar website for trouble shooting and it said to replace battery. I ordered the CR2032 battery and installed it. I went to the car and did the programming procedure. Success!!!
