Great, makes sleeping on my front so much easier.  Very comfortable.  I wish they made a cotton pillow case for the summer.  It only gets four stars becauzse this is my secco who purchase of this pillow, the foam. Breaks on the edge as you are constantly changing the pillow case.  I change my pillow case twice a week because it's a bit sweaty, more in the summer months.  The foam is fragile, but I accept that as a part of the product.
