Got the nerve to watch this?
I initially declined to watch this movie because I had a preconception that it would be a glossy, shallow teen flic. I guess I also didn't like the title. However, I'm glad I changed my mind because I can now definitely recommend it. There is plenty of tech and social media input to keep up viewer interest and make the plot believable. The characters are allowed to develop well and the pace and colour of the movie are entertaining. What's not to like? Only one question - are you a watcher or player? Enjoy.

How far would you go for followers?
I feel like Nerve is a great commentary on our social media obsessed world, where users follow and raise up personalities, often just to tear them down. In this movie the main character Vee reluctantly signs up to the Nerve network to make a point but ends up getting caught up in the attention, wealth and the excitement. Dave Franco makes an excellent partner to Vee, and both continue on playing far into the game, alongside Vee's best friend, Casey Neistat (cameo), and many other 'players'. But with the 'watchers' creating more and more dangerous bets for the players, who is left standing on top at the end of it all will surprise you.

great movie for a Saturday night
Oh what a fabulous fantastic fast moving incredible wonderful exciting movie to watch, I actually wasn't sure where to watch it or not but I'm so glad I did, it's a brilliant storyline from start to finish, and when it finished I was wanting moreI really hope this won't be the only installment of Nerve because for me personally I absolutely loved it, I'm not even preteen or mid teens LOL but I see no reason as to why that should put you off, yes maybe more youngsters might like this more but I'm in my 40's and I thought it was awesomeGo watch this if you dare and you have the Nerve :D

Trash with 1 actor I like
The start of the movie had me wanting to shut it off, but I thought I would give it a chance, almost said Nah until pineapple express little brother shows up, and the middle of the movie was ok, but it was mostly a romance movie about some girl who is unpopular with guys, then the ending was just major cringe, the movie is for a specific audience though, very big Gen Z movie despite the millennial actors.

Have you got the Nerve?
I brought this film with no expectations and purely on the biased fact how much I love Emma Roberts as an actress and I was not disappointed. Emma Roberts plays Vee a girl who lives life on the sidelines and never takes a risk. After been rejected by the high school douche she decides to sign up to a site called Nerve. You can either be a watcher and pay to watch people complete dares and have a say in their fate or you can be a player and have a chance of winning money to complete a dare. The higher the risk the higher the reward. Vee is a player and as the game continues it really starts to show how far people will go to make it to number one. I loved this film as it's something fresh and new and this is not a film I can compare to another. Also starring the amazing Dave Franco make sure not to miss this one!

Brilliant
Brilliant film. Original storyline about an online game played in real life and filmed on mobile phones where watchers dare the players to perform various stunts. Also a good teen boy meets girl, falls out with best friend etc. The characters and actors are superb and great music accompanies the great story, which zips along from start to finish. Thoroughly entertaining.

Popular review title that I'm also going with: Have you got the Nerve to watch this?
Great movie, good cast (great chemistry), great messages. Didn't expect to see Machine Gun Kelly in there as a serious, cool guy hahah. I like the darker turn that the movie takes. It reminded me a lot of the anime series Sword Art Online with the concept of online player activity being explored as the main theme.

Loved the film
Loved the film. Great quality, good performances from everyone involved, especially great chemistry, as they say, between Emma Roberts and Dave Franco. Tense and thrilling throughout, never really a low point and a pretty cool satisfying conclusion.
