I was completely sold on the concept and liked the idea of almost endless possibilities re alternative tunings. However, I've found it a bit fiddly to use in practice. Firstly there are two small metal prongs either side of the clamp that rest on top of the fretboard which enable the capo to sit securely in the right place when tightened. The problem is that when you're fitting the capo from a guitar playing position the prongs nearest the 6th string aren't in view. It's quite easy therefore to inadvertently gouge the side of the neck when fitting. I don't have a hand crafted guitar from a famous luthier but nonetheless its still my pride and joy so I've found myself getting a little anxious when trying to attach it.Secondly, despite carefully locating the capo and the individual depressors, I still can't get the right pressure on the 6th string which elicits an annoying fret buzz (not there when I'm not using this capo and not there when I use my other, sprung clamp type capo). I very rarely play in standard tuning and I use medium gauge strings but I would't have thought that should make a difference when using this capo.I am going to persevere with it because it's an idea that's too good to let go, but I won't be using it regularly. My other Planet Waves capo works fantastically and I can clamp four strings, top or bottom securely to get some interesting tunings.It could be that it grows on me over time - I'll keep you posted. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I would love to give this a higher rating but there were ... *by A***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 July 2015* I would love to give this a higher rating but there were a couple of issues that made the capo unusable: - After various configurations I couldn't get enough pressure on the 1st and 6th strings (similar to the previous reviewer) - The holds that "clamp" the guitar would never line up straight when placed on the guitar. I could literally wiggle the capo forwards and backwards but could never get it so that it would sound correct. It is this and the fact that the individual capo's themselves were too high up, in my opinion, are the reasons why there wasn't sufficient pressure on the 1st and 6th strings.Good delivery time but I had to return it, unfortunately. If anyone knows of anywhere that sells different models of this capo, preferably not plastic, then could you please get in touch? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it says. *by K***F on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 April 2016* Can be fiddly to get on and off guitar neck - you don't want to be changing in middle of a song - but works on all 5 of our acoustic, electro-acoustic and electric guitars of varied makes.
