**Q: How is the yeast packaged and shipped? Is it kept cool to prevent the yeast from dying in transit? Thanks**
A: While since I bought it, but yes, seem to remember it was packaged well to keep cool.

**Q: First time using fresh yeast. How much is equivalent to 7g instant yeast. No instructions on packet! Thanks!**
A: A good rule of thumb is to use double the weight of fresh yeast compared with dried. This is organic so a little slower than fast-acting non-organic. I would use 20g in place of 7g dried.

**Q: What’s the ingredients pls**
A: Water and grain-fed yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). Possible traces of wheat, rye, barley, oat, spelt, durum or hybrid strains

**Q: if freezing, what is the best / healthiest / most effective thing(s) to wrap this in please?**
A: Sorry to say I hated it.  Bread tasted too yeasty.  It didn’t defrost well and I ended up throwing the whole lot away.  I have made my own bread by hand (not in a bread machine) for many years, using fresh yeast from the supermarket bakery.  But due, of course, to COVID not available.  Now using dried yeast and surprisingly delighted with the result.

I'm very happy with my yeast (fresh one).I'm french,so I can say I'm used to bake with good, professional quality ingredients, my fiance said "this taste, is like a "baguette tradition" in France, very similar taste. I frozed the fresh yeast and now I had used some portions from frost (I leave yeast in a fridge for night and I had 1tbsp sugar+1tbsp flour then I leave mix in a room temperature with cling film on it, and after few hours (when it has double volume + make round on cling film on top I use like a fresh one ) so very good one only can work after frozen. I highly recommend this product to someone want to make a good bread with good flavour.

We didn't know what we were missing on, until we purchased the Bioreal Organic Fresh Yeast. A great yeast, like no other; for more flavoursome, soft, light and longer lasting freshness baking outcomes. Tried with a wholemeal mixed flour for Pizzas, Lebanese bread, Cinnamon buns, Olive bread etc.

Very happy with this yeast ! Makes great bread, I have made Focaccia , pizza balls and bases and multitudes of different breads all of which were fabulous. Quality product that freezes well and works great.
