I was looking for an inexpensive set that my family could use. I'm happily shocked to say that performance wise, they are on par with my Hexclad set, at a fraction of the price. The sear on my steaks was almost as good, although a higher temperature was required with these pans vs my Hexclad. Truly nonstick, I just made strawberry preserves last night and it was a breeze. No scorching or sticking. I soaked the pot for 30 minutes in hot water and everything wiped right off. Eggs, no problem. Enchilada sauce, perfect. No hot spots at all. They are heavier than expected. I'm not the biggest fan of the look of a granite finish, but I love the color and look of the hammered finish and I couldn't be happier with the results of my finished product. As of now, 1 week of use, I see no scratches or signs of wear.
