I was having issues with it turning on and off, but I believe the plug was the issueThis has a lot of good things going for it. It feels solid (not cheap plastic), charges my iPhone X, looks great, doesn't have an obnoxious LED light that lights up your room (in vertical mode at least), my phone fits nicely and it is easy to place correctly. The one downside is that the cable comes out the side, not the back. As a result, it doesn't look as clean as it could. You'll notice that none of the photos show the cable inserted, I'm assuming this is why. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true "fast" charger! *by S***M on Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2018* True "fast" charger! Four stars as it didn't shut off charging after phone reached 100%. I watched it for about 5 min and the charging indicator light on my phone was still lit. I like the design. I'm thankful this one works because I had to return the previous two chargers that advertised as fast charging but the first never worked and a second was charging as fast as the lightening modem speed in early 90s and stopped working altogether within a couple of weeks. ### ⭐ Only charges to 80% *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2019* I bought one of these in black that I have used at work for several months, and have been very pleased with it. When I decided to purchase a second charger, they were only available in the white color. For some reason, this second unit will only charge my phone up to 80% battery power. And some nights, I go to sleep with the phone charging and wake up with <10% battery life. Not sure if this is just a lemon, or if there are differences in the design and quality of the black v. white models.
