Tell me if we can replace the parts as it should not stop working so early. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars REALLY Bright *by T***L on Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2018* This is the second retractable light that I purchased from RS Lighting. The first one I bought I thought it had dimmable lighting it did not I returned without any problem. I purchase another retractable light because it said it had 3 settings of light. We got an electrician to install. He said the directions were bad it did not tell you point by point how to install. He said it was not a standard handing fan. It took him half a day and he was an electrician. It looked nice the fans do a good job in air flow. The light is bright, brighter and brightness!!! It is like you are in a jewelry story with the LED lights. My living room is a 121 x 14 this light is made for a taller ceiling or a bigger room. The light shines right in your eyes on the lowest, we can not use the light while watching TV. Before you hang it up clean the crystals they are real glass with finger prints all over them from the factory. We put the shade lens up and had to take it down to clean and broke it. The crystals are held in my wires and these wires stick out to make it hard to put the shade over them. This light take a special battery you need to get before you put the light up it will not work without this battery for testing. Iam stuck with this light now it would be too closely to send back to pay to have it taken down.
