A resounding five-star rating from a delighted professional photographer! ### ⭐ A flawed softbox with poor customer service. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 December 2025* The softbox itself isn’t bad, slightly flimsy due to the actual weight and the front baffle sags where the softbox can’t keep its shape. It’s not structurally tough enough. Regardless to that, Pixapro (Essential Photo) have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, even the Managers are rude and couldn’t really care less about their customers. Will no longer be purchasing from them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant softbox *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 December 2023* Very well built and easy to out up. The light is defused really nicely. ## Frequently Bought Together - PIXAPRO 150cm 5ft Bowens Fit Easy Set Up Softbox Umbrella Open Octagonal Soft Box Round Diffuser Circular Grid Softbox Studio Photo Key Lighting Octobox Lightbox Portrait Product Photography (150cm) - SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO SDXC card, SD Card, V30 Memory Card, 4K UHD, up to 200 MB/s, SanDisk QuickFlow Technology, RescuePro Deluxe Data Recovery Software, UHS-I, Class 10, U3, V30 - Tether Tools USB-C to USB-C 4.6 m orange Camera --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/524612733-pixapro-150cm-5ft-bowens-fit-easy-set-up-softbox-umbrella](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/524612733-pixapro-150cm-5ft-bowens-fit-easy-set-up-softbox-umbrella) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
