It did stick however I also machined it in place because the blouses were washed regularly. I’m not sure the stickiness would have held without the sewing when it was in a warm soapy wash **Q: is it good for hanging a picture frame? approx 5kgs** A: I did not buy it for this purpose and do not think I'll use it for this. It is easy to sew by hand or machine and adheres well staying in place easily. To peel apart you need to exercise caution and not simply rip apart as you could damage your fabric.
