There is no salt in it. It is delicious and it is not Jewish. It’s good for you, it’s kind of pricy. **Q: Is this the same product as the benson’s - table tasty salt substitute, salt-free gourmet popcorn seasoning with the yellow label?** A: Yes, it is the same. I didn't realized it was used for popcorn but I just read that it is and I'm sure it's good. My husband uses it as a salt substitute on most everything. **Q: why does the shipping weight show 25 pounds?** A: Don't know except that it is a misprint or it is for 125 bottles. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Salt-free and no bitterness *by D***Y on May 14, 2026* This sis so good. It doesn't leave that bitter after taste in your mouth! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great taste *by P***D on June 2, 2026* Great spice of you can't have salt! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but pricey *by J***C on November 18, 2025* I have been caring for my elderly father for the past few years and he is on a low sodium diet. He has been using no salt to season his food but it is has potassium in it. He now started new medicine that he must also avoid potassium as well. I found this Benson's salt substitute and it's a God send because it is both sodium and potassium free. The only thing is that it's a little bit expensive. That is why I only gave it 4 stars. Thankfully now my father can season his food to taste and be happy. ## Frequently Bought Together - Bensons - 3-Pack Table Tasty No Potassium Chloride Salt Substitute - No Bitter After Taste - Good Flavor - No Sodium Salt Alternative (3 oz) (Pack of 3) - Benson’s - Table Tasty Salt Substitute, Salt-Free Gourmet Popcorn Seasoning, No Sodium, No Potassium Chloride, No MSG, Gluten Free, 3oz Bottle With Shaker Top - Bensons - 2 oz bottle Supreme Seasoning --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/52554438-bensons-3-pack-table-tasty-no-potassium-chloride-salt-substitute](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/52554438-bensons-3-pack-table-tasty-no-potassium-chloride-salt-substitute) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
