If you ever get an answer I'd love to know **Q: Is this the tall or short tripod. It seems cheap for tall** A: It’s a tall tripod pull the trigger on the handle and the legs extend **Q: I’ve bought one but one of the legs seems to get stuck every now and again , what lubricants would you suggest ?** A: I had a similar problem , to fix it I adjusted the locking mechanism in the sticky leg. I would not lubricate the leg as the locking mechanism relies on friction to lock. Kind of. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just a brief comment (after 1 use) *by T***S on 17 January 2021* I've only used this tripod once but, so far, I am definitely impressed. It arrived in goodtime - the packing was very casual (but everything was okay) - and I unpacked the tripod. I have to say that I did not like the plastic packet sealed around the top which, as I struggled to open it, cracked into nasty sharp shards but - once the tripod was free - I squeezed the trigger and the legs dropped beautifully (and with a sort of well-made and positive 'thunk' sound). And then they were easily adjustable to suite uneven ground - so I went outside and did some shooting. As a shooting rest the tripod is very good but, due to the horrible weather at the moment, I haven't tried the low level settings yet. I also bought the camera mount (actually, I'm not sure if I bought it or if it came with the tripod) - but it is good (well, I think it is). It attaches via what they call the 'New Quick Detach Yoke System with Integrated Lock'. Strangely, the bolt that screws into the camera was too long for my camera but, beyond this, making the swap from rifle mount to camera mount was easy - and I liked it. It is a nice little addition to an already nice product. I like this tripod very much but on the negative side. 1) It isn't cheap. 2) I did not like the packaging. 3) It would be great if the tripod had a little storage thing for the camera mount. Maybe a little threaded hole somewhere - but ensuring the mount was always present. None of these detract from a 5 Star review.
