I received this and the hot water would not work for anything. I'd waited so long to decide to buy it, I started to keep it and just use it with no hot water. The hot water didn't work on the first unit I recieved. Customer service was prompt and made getting a new unit effortless. I wasn't charged for the new unit or having to return the old one. The new unit i recieved works well and i have not had any issues.
