Featuring a patented additive for faster setting and enhanced strength, it dries clear in 15-30 seconds without clamping. The spill-resistant brush bottle offers precise application, while its triple resistance to moisture, shock, and chemicals ensures durable, long-lasting bonds on leather, wood, metal, plastics, and more. ## Description Loctite Brush On Super Glue Liquid has proven superior performance over most ordinary super glues. Thanks to a patented additive, our super glue liquid works faster and holds stronger on a variety of porous and non-porous surfaces for close-fitting, invisible repairs. This unique liquid formula dries clear and sets in 15 to 30 seconds without clamping, plus it’s durable enough to resist moisture, shock, most chemicals, and freezing temperatures. Loctite Brush On Super Glue Liquid comes in a spill-resistant bottle with a built-in brush that allows for a precise, no-mess application on nearly any surface. Use our versatile Super Glue Liquid to make repairs on ceramic figurines, costume jewelry, cameras, toys, metal car parts, wiper blades, rubber seals, and O-rings. It is also strong enough to bond to leather, cork, paper, wood, fabric, metal, and hard plastics such as acrylic and PVC. Review: A+ DIY Glasses repair ~ - When my year old browline frames came apart at the browline, I nearly cried—it was just one lifted edge, but they made the things pretty much unwearable, weird looking aside. At first, I despaired that it was new glasses or nothing—and then I thought—wait what about glue? After an exhaustive search, I decided I needed one with a small brush for precision, water proof with quick high hold, and in my search, comparing reviews for many brands along with cost, I settled on glue. Best. Decision. Ever, I am neither handy nor crafty, just needing to stretch a dollar, and even I was able to order a glasses repair kit for less than ten bucks, a set of tiny crafting clamps for a couple more, and this glue. I spent less than 15 bucks on repair items that I can use many times—and two for various purposes—and it WORKED AND WAS EASY. The key is good, water resistant, quick hold super glue and this fits the bill—the brush was easy to use and there was zero mess. You can see in the photos where I made my repair; just waiting the 24 hours to full cure. I’ll update after on the finished product/durability. Also, as a final note, IF you are using this for ANY type of glasses repair, you’ll need to remove the lenses first—this stuff can melt them. Review: Seal it - Use this for sealing fishing knots. So far works for me ## Features - Superior Performance: Brush-on super glue with a patented additive works faster and holds stronger than ordinary adhesives - Fast and Easy: Sets in 15-30 seconds with no clamping required - Precise Control: Comes in a spill-resistant bottle with a built-in brush that allows for a precise, no-mess application - Triple Resistance: Adhesive is resistant to moisture, shock, most chemicals, and freezing temperatures - Invisible Repairs: Liquid formula sets quickly and dries transparent for home, hobby, and crafting projects ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0161S0T2I | | Best Sellers Rank | #12,615 in Industrial & Scientific ( See Top 100 in Industrial & Scientific ) #102 in Cyanoacrylate Adhesives | | Brand | Loctite | | Brand Name | Loctite | | Color | Clear | | Compatible Material | Alloy Steel, Aluminum, Brick, Cardboard, Ceramic, Fabric, Fiberglass, Glass, Leather, Plastic, Rubber, Wood | | Container Type | Brush Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 4,797 Reviews | | Included Components | Super Glue^Applicator Brush | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Item Weight | 18.14 g | | Manufacturer | Henkel Corporation | | Material | Ethyl cyanoacrylate | | Material Type | Ethyl cyanoacrylate | | Model | 852882 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Dries Clear | | Part Number | 852882 | | Special Feature | Dries Clear | | Specific Uses For Product | Leather, Wood, Metal, Crafts, & Repair | | UPC | 079340264410 | | Viscosity Level | Low to Medium | | Volume | 0.18 fluid ounces | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Loctite - **Item Form:** Liquid - **Material:** Ethyl cyanoacrylate - **Special Feature:** Dries Clear - **Specific Uses For Product:** Leather, Wood, Metal, Crafts, & Repair ## Images ![Super Glue Brush On Liquid, Clear, 0.17 fl oz Bottle, 1 Pack - Superglue for Leather, Wood, Metal, Crafts, & Repair, Cyanoacrylate Adhesive Instant Glue, Quick Dry - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Ks0IXVauL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Has anyone tried to open this months after the initial opening?** A: Yes. I’ve been buying this for a long time because the brush makes application so much easier and cleaner. Mine usually lasts (can be opened and reopened) until the bottle is about 3/4 empty. **Q: will it bond a metal thread stud to aluminum plate?** A: I don’t think this one will do it. They have other ones on their website they have what will be better This I use for repairing coffee handles and such. **Q: I want to bond vinyl decal (chess board) to painted plywood. Adhesive isn't holding. Will this work?** A: This glue seems to work on non-porous surfaces best. I attempted to repair broken ceramic pottery garden items and it did not bind the two pieces. Not sure if it would work on wood. It is a very thin, clear glue. **Q: Can this be used to glue epoxy resin items together?** A: Thank you for the question. We haven't specifically tested Loctite Super Glue Brush On on resin. We recommend testing for adhesion and suitability prior to beginning your project. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A+ DIY Glasses repair ~ *by S***Y on July 9, 2024* When my year old browline frames came apart at the browline, I nearly cried—it was just one lifted edge, but they made the things pretty much unwearable, weird looking aside.
