Original black gasket had decomposed into a black gooey mess, hard to remove from filter and NSA unit. I used foam weatherstripping on the replacement. Overall recommended for a unit that has an amazingly durable motor. Review: Good fit other wise - Product needs some additional foam to seal it to the rear of the cabinet. Filter element is not recessed as much as original it hits some plastic that protrudes from the center rear of the enclosure.
