Featuring a cost-effective, eco-conscious refill system and advanced triple odor control, it accommodates up to 60 newborn diapers per refill. Designed for busy parents, it simplifies diaper changes with a foot pedal operation and easy cleaning, making it a top-rated, award-winning choice for modern nurseries. ## Description You will change 6,000-9,000 diapers before your child is potty trained! We found a much simpler way to dispose of them! Dekor Hands-Free Diaper Pails are designed to make this unpleasant chore as easy as possible for parents. Unlike other disposal systems where you have to bend over, operate a lid, or even shove a soiled diaper inside the diaper pail, Dekor Diaper Pails are 100% hands-free. After a diaper change, you are likely to have baby in one arm and the soiled diaper in the other. No one has a third hand to operate the diaper pail. Just STEP on the foot pedal, DROP the soiled diaper through the trap door, and you’re DONE! Unlike the competition, Dekor is made with ABS closed-cell plastic that doesn’t absorb odors over time, and it’s safe to clean with bleach or other household cleaners, unlike metal pails that can only be cleaned with a dry cloth, and can rust. Dekor refills are one continuous liner so you can empty as often as you want and they hold more diapers per refill than the competition! Dekor Diaper Pails come in 3 sizes: Plus, Classic and Mini. Dekor Plus has the largest opening and can accommodate 60 Newborn Diapers at full capacity. It is great for cloth diapers with the addition of our Cloth Diaper Liner, which can be thrown right in the washer. Review: One of the best cat things I've ever bought - This thing makes cleaning the litter boxes not the worst thing in my life! I used to have a litter genie, and I hated that thing. So much so that I switched completely to a flushable litter. I liked it, but then we moved in with new roommates who used regular litter, and it quickly became clear that my cat preferred the regular litter over the flushable kind. So, I headed to desertcart to see if there was a better alternative to the litter genie, and lo and behold! Everything that was wrong about the litter genie is right about about the Dekor plus. You scoop the poop, use your foot to open the lid, and move the scooper (the iPrimio non-stick scooper [pictured] - also a great purchase - fits perfectly) through the trap door to deposit the load. Done. There are 3 cats in the house and I empty the Dekor Plus every 3-4 weeks, maybe? It's such a non-traumatic experience that I can't even recall the last time I did it. The method of removing the full bag is so simple in comparison to the ridiculous maneuver you have to pull with the litter genie, it brings a tear to my eye. Press button, open door, pull out full part, cut, tie, pat yourself on the back for buying such a superior product. Also, I bought this several months ago and I'm still using the bag roll that it came with! It controls the odor super well too. I catch a bad wiff every once in a while if I drop a large load through the trap door, but otherwise, nothing. The bag is very heavy to dispose of when full of clay litter. That's no fault of the Dekor, but might be an issue for some. You could empty it more frequently, but I started mixing the newer lightweight litter about 50/50 with the regular stuff. The cats won't use the lightweight stuff alone, but seem to actually prefer the mix over the straight regular stuff, and it makes taking out the full bag doable for me. Also, it looks pretty nice for a poop container. The Dekor Plus makes it super easy to scoop the litter box every day, so if you aren't currently scooping the box daily, or you are but it's crushing your soul, you should just get this, because we all deserve a clean place to poop and an easy way to keep it that way! No Bending, No Twisting, No Squishing, Unlike Ordinary Pails. - Most Cost-Effective Diaper Pail Refill System on the Market. Dekor Refill System Creates Less Waste - Use ONLY What You Need. - Effective Triple Odor Control Keeps the Smell in the Pail. They'll fold easily where the dekor liner replacements go and are far cheaper. The liner ours came with lasted a little over 6 weeks emptying a full load about every 4-5 days sometimes sooner. Which would have been about 12-13 trash bags. The $15 2 pack replacements would last a little over 3 months with about 25 replacements I'd guess. Right now you can get 110 glad odorshield trash bags on amazon for about $13 which would last about a year. **Q: does it come with any liners or do you have to purchase them separately?** A: It comes with one package of liners. Bought this a month ago and I haven't had to switch the liner package yet. **Q: Can I use these with reusable diaper liners like Planet Wise? We are cloth diapering.** A: Absolutely. My wife and I use Planet Wise liners with the pail for our daughter. It's not a large pail and tends to fill up rather quickly because of the size of cloth diapers but, it makes more sense to use reusable liners with it if you are cloth diapering. Then you can just throw the liner in with the diapers when you are ready to wash them. **Q: What are the measurements of the opening that you drop the dirty diaper through?** A: The trap door on the Dékor Plus is 6" wide by 4.5" deep. If you need a larger opening, you are able to remove the insert completely to have the largest opening of any diaper pail on the market.
