Erst gestern hatte ich Freunden gesagt, dass es meine Lieblingsanschaffung im letzten Jahr war. Und jetzt schreibe ich euch warum1. Die kompletten geschnipselten Reste schiebt man einfach in die Schale und sie werden - wenn voll - in die Biotonne ausgeleert. Ja, das heißt das sie manchmal auch 2-3 Tage drin liegen und es ist gut geruchsdicht! Wir benutzen es also auch als Biobehäter.2. Wir haben uns eine zweite Schale aus einem Gastroladen besorgt und stecken diese dann zur Hälfte in das Schubfach, das heißt nach vorne kommen die Schnipsel und nach hinten das gute Gemüse. Super Praktisch.3. Die Schneidefläche ist angenehm erhöht! Unsere Küchen sind doch eigentlich immer zu niedrig ...4. Na ja, es lässt sich einfach gut darauf schneiden. Und es lebt noch und sieht ordentlich aus. Ich wische es nach Benutzung nur mit Wasser ab, von unten sollte man das auch ab und an machen. Einmal hatte sich unten etwas Schimmel gebildet (wegen unseres Mißbrauchs als Biobehälter), das habe ich mit etwas Essigessenz gereinigt was völlig okay war.
