Review: BEST MUG WARMER I’VE EVER USED! - I LOVE everything about this mug warmer! It FUNCTIONS GREAT and is exactly as described! I love the 3 DIFFERENT TEMP SETTINGS, I love the AUTO ON/OFF feature (just be sure your mug weighs enough to activate it), the CORD LENGTH is sufficient (too many warmers are made with cords that are far too short), and I that FLAT HEATING SURFACE so you can use pretty much ANY SIZE MUG! I also like the BRIGHT RED LIGHT that indicates when it’s on and that I can change temps with the SIMPLE push of a button. It HEATS UP FAST and keeps my coffee at the PERFECT TEMP all morning long! I chose the Nicelucky warmer for the reviews, sleek look and different heat settings and all I can say is "WOW, I should have purchased this sooner!!!" It just arrived today and I couldn't wait to try it out. I work in a call center and usually not able to enjoy those wonderful first sips of hot coffee so this item was a huge game changer for me. I made a nice "hot" cup of coffee , set it to 167 and waited 20 minutes to see what the first sip would be like. In all honesty I was expecting it to just be a few degrees higher than warm and instead was surprised and amazed that it was just as "hot" as that first sip from a straight from the pot. When the cup was half empty,I turned the temp down to 149 and every sip was just as wonderful as the first. Last, but certainly not least, when the cup was only a quarter full I turned the temp down to 131 and was so happy that my final sips were just as perfect as the first. The item does put out a slight odor when first used but it wasn't overpowering and it dissipated quickly. Bottom line, if you love HOT coffee and are tired of making frequent trips to the microwave then purchase this wonderful gem and say goodbye to lukewarm-cold coffee forever!!!

I LOVE everything about this mug warmer! It FUNCTIONS GREAT and is exactly as described! I chose the Nicelucky warmer for the reviews, sleek look and different heat settings and all I can say is "WOW, I should have purchased this sooner!!!" It just arrived today and I couldn't wait to try it out. I work in a call center and usually not able to enjoy those wonderful first sips of hot coffee so this item was a huge game changer for me. I have been using this for the past 2 months and works great. What I like : - Just plug it in to the power outlet and place your cup on the warmer. Unlike other coffee warmers, there is no switches to turn on and off. It turns on with the weight of the cup when the cup is on it, turns off when the cup is not on it. - Ease of cleaning - the glass like surface is easy to clean. I spilled coffee on it many time, but was easy to get it off with some soap water and a wipe. - The 3 temperature selections - I wish this was a sliding temperature adjustment, but I usually set it at the highest : 167 degrees F , because I like my coffee hot. I usually don't give 5 stars to any of the gadgets, but this one gets 5 stars - for the usability and how I easy it was to get used to it that I am using it daily and will miss it if it were to stop working one day.
