It's a mousse that you apply with a mitt. Goes on easy, not sticky , and dries quickly. Has a blue/grey guide colour so you can see where you have put it. Leave it for anything from 1-3 hours and rinse with cool water and pat dry. I can tell you that it works well, and has left me with a cool toned glow that looks way more natural than anything else I have ever tried (and I have tried A LOT). Also doesn't leave a fake tan smell behind. This is definitely my new go to tan. This does need some pre planning so I'm hoping they also bring out an instant version for emergency top ups. Love it. The foam is lightweight & dries in very quickly - no sticky residue. The colour is beautiful, no hint of orange at all - so natural. Unfortunately no matter how much I moisturised or exfoliated the tan faded so patchy, my legs & tops of arms look like tiger bread. Such a shame.
