Not because I wore them out, but rather because I like to keep one as a spare backup (Should I ever need a Brand new out of the box look) (should I ever need it).As far as the other pair, I purchased them years ago because I wanted a different color. I'm flat footed. And they feel and fit like a glove. It's funny because they don't have that built-in Arch support like some of them do; all It has is: just padding here and there. If I'm flat footed, and don't need an arch support, and feels great!,👍 then, it should be the same for everyone else. You have absolutely nothing to lose. If you don't like them for whatever reason, just return them. If I had to find a problem with them, it's the fact that after many years, the part that goes over the top of your feet, to to custom fit them for you curls up slightly. Other than that, they feel custom made for your particular feet.
