I like the feel of the wood. I like the magnetic holder for my car's air vent. I've never seen a cell phone case quite like this one. I am sure it's not as durable as something like an Otterbox, but I just can't bring myself to walk around with a big bulky Otterbox case. I'd rather just risk it with something that is still protective but much thinner. And, for the price, you can't beat this case. Comparing this case to another wood etched case I bought when I got this phone I feel it is important to mention the way these cases are manufactured and sit over the buttons on the sides: these cases do not impede button use, and this is consistent from one case this seller offers to the next. I have purchased inconsistent products from singular sellers before and this does not seem to be a risk with this seller's products. There is kind of a "naked" feel/ cling of the case over the buttons so (repeating) there is no loss of functional use. I enjoyed the durability of my previous otter box cases but wanted something less bulky and heavy that still would offer somewhat of a comparable protection so I thought I would try something new. I haven't used the magnetic piece yet that was included for your vehicle, but that's just another bonus. The fit is great and the case was easy to put on my phone. I have accidentally dropped my phone a few times and there was no damage to my phone or the case. I have also laid my phone down in a few drops of liquid/water that I didn't see for brief periods of time (design/back side down) and was worried it would soak into the design and discolor it or something but it was just fine.
