## Description

This black ceiling rose rose is a great way to to improve the aesthetics of your lighting and is the same size as the "standard" rose fitted in most houses. This item is supplied as a complete rose including the wiring terminal section which fixes to the ceiling. The rose cover unscrews as usual and has a matte black effect in traditional black Bakelite. Perfect for new build and refurb. Fully certified to current electrical regulations. Note that you will usually need to remove the entire existing ceiling rose including electrical terminations before fitting this rose. This part must be installed by a competent person.

I wanted a black ceiling rose to go with a black kitchen light and black cable. This workes perfectly, it fits the ceiling really snuggly and is slightly larger than the white rose that was there before, and so hides the fixing marks on the ceiling from this last rose.

this is as you would expect except that the first pair I ordered were broken round the edges so I had to send them back. the second pair are ok but have a rather dull surface with small scratches. ok for what I want them for but not very good quality.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works and has proper wiring bits inside

Was slightly worried when I ordered it as the photo doesn't show the back of it. Wasn't totally sure it would have the actual 'wiring bits' (I am extremely technical).Has enough to cope with three wires coming, which is what most ceiling roses need. Did have a bad experience with one I bought from B&Q which didn't have the internal wiring to cope with three wires so was a bit of a waste of time.It is now securely fitted to the wall.Remember to get a black lightbulb fitting bit, I didn't order one so it looked a bit silly for a couple of days before I sorted that out too!
