Each mold held 1/3 of a recipe for 2 basic loaves
So, I’ll start by saying that I bought 3 molds, but my first was from a different seller (“brand”). It’s exactly the same mold, but they rolled it too tightly for shipping, so it stubbornly curls over excessively. That’s likely why the loaf furthest to the left turned out a bit different on top—too much downward pressure. (I pull up on them before closing the oven, so this is the best outcome.) No big deal. It gives it extra character. Extra curling aside, the molds are identical.I have loaf pans, but I bought the first mold to try, and I loved it so much that I decided to get more. The same dough turns out softer in these molds. I think it’s because there’s less pressure forcing a tighter shape.I follow the basic loaf recipe from Bake With Jack on YouTube (I must give him his credit). However, I use 20% (by weight) whole wheat flour*, an extra 10g of water* in the dough, start the dough the night before then let it proof (rise) overnight* on the bottom shelf in the fridge. The following day, when it’s divided, shaped and has done its second proofing in the pans/molds and they’re ready to bake, I lightly coat what’s visible with olive oil**, pre-steam the loaves* for 8 minutes then bake at 350** for 35 minutes.* recommended in other videos by the same person** because I like a softer crustThe recipe is for 2 regular sized loaf pans, but I divide the dough in 3. You can see the results in the pictures. Each loaf is actually not noticeably smaller than my regular loaf pans. It is shaped differently, no doubt, but I get the same number of slices (slicing diagonally) per loaf, and as I said previously, the loaves plump up better in these. So, they’re actually a good way to stretch dough meant for 2 loaves to give 3 instead, thereby reducing calories/carbs per slice.YMMV, but I’m so glad I got these molds. I didn’t think I could love homemade bread more, but I do with these.

Better than I expected
My wife has been making sourdough bread for a few years now and struggles with what to cook it in. She's had mixed success in a pot and standard bread pan. She saw this somewhere, and I found it here on Amazon and ordered one. The first loaf was a great success. She mixed the dough in a separate bowl, but then moved it into this pan for further rising and kneading. This simplified the process. The baking was normal, and the loaf was nicely browned. I was concerned that the shape would be weird, but it's shaped like an Italian loaf and can be used for anything you typically use bread for, like sandwiches. Another big plus is that it just fell out of the pan. She's had trouble in the past with it sticking to the pan or parchment paper. This pan simplifies the process and removes some of the problems. Highly recommended.

Need in different colors!
Love it. Use it for my weekly sour dough. It's all in one bowl no crazy messes. Baked well on a cookie wire rack. Fyi the ends do get quite dark but my loaf comes out perfect every time.

No recipes no instructions
I should have brought the more expensive one because this one has no recipes or instructions. I have no idea how to use it.

Silicone easy storage
If you are a bread maker, this silicone container works well. It is easy to clean and stores well. The dough does not stick to silicone. The appearance may look different but it works.

Not at all what I expected!!
After waiting weeks and weeks for this to arrive, we asked for a return as soon as we opened the package. Amazon refunded us and said we didn’t even need to send it back! It is way too small to bake a loaf of bread. There is no way I could make my recipe in this? Very disappointing. The pictures are misleading on the size.

Works great, cheap price, extremely useful: I think this is my favorite loaf pan
Surprisingly useful. I was a little iffy on it initially, I'm a new baker and was looking around for good bread pans. Didn't know how the silicon would work (quite well, it turns out). This has quickly become one of my (if not THE) favorites, it's remarkably inexpensive and versatile. Makes a consistently good loaf every time, no stick, lid included, just pop the bread out when you're done. Bread is slightly football shaped when it comes out.Attached is a picture of a whole wheat/multigrain sourdough loaf from this pan, a picture with it closed (ie, the "lid" on), and a picture of it open (ie, bowl). The pan is silicon, and it's a bowl too, and it has it's own built in lid when baking. Very well done, easy to use and easier to clean, and the bread pops right out.

Excellent bread baker!
I've been searching for weeks for a dutch oven alternative for bread because I needed something cheaper. My BF came across this silicone bread baker with such great reviews. I said alright we'll try it. I've never baked bread before. I'm new to sourdough starter. I got this yesterday and last night made my first loaf in the pic. Amazing! Didn't turn out as well as I wanted but that was my fault because I put too much flour on when proofing but I'm still learning. But in this baker the loaf is golden brown and the clean up was so easy all I had to do was wipe it out that took maybe 2 minutes. So glad for this purchase!!
