The full-sized board is made from quality cloth materials, complete with all pieces and two dice. No more fiddling with tiny "travel-sized" pieces here - full size counters and playing surface. The board cunningly forms a bag to contain all the pieces when you need to get on the road. The coins are made from polished acrylic plastic for looks, durability and portability. The game will easily fit into a pocket when travelling, and can be brought out anytime, anywhere for your favourite game. Fold out on any surface - a cafe table, on the grass at a festival, even the beach. Never be without your backgammon! Supplied pieces will always be black and white, with one spare of each colour. When you are finished playing, just tip the pieces into the centre of the board, pick it up by the corners, and tie the string around to form a pouch. ***ALL NEW STOCK - FULLY QUALITY CHECKED FOR CHRISTMAS 2018*** Please note that the hand-filled boxes are closed by taping. There was a slight problem with my original order - I did not receive the correct number of white and black counters. But when I contacted the seller, he quickly posted out a complete new set of counters. He turned a poor situation around - I am now very happy with the game :) ### ⭐⭐ Disappointed *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 June 2018* Not quite what I hoped, but it is lightweight, with basic tie to hold in countersLuxury- definitely notFull size - no -1/2 the size of our full size board! No doubling cube , only 1 pair of dice , no instructions either, should we have needed them .A basic set, but easy too pack up & go so will keep for our holidays and save for a leather/suede set ### ⭐ Very poor quality. *by D***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 October 2018* Initial handmade charm has been replaced by the fact that this is a poor quality board and pieces. After several trips this backgammon set is already looking tatty and the pieces scratched. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/52956839-bag-gammon-travel-backgammon-set-handmade-full-size-luxury-cloth](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/52956839-bag-gammon-travel-backgammon-set-handmade-full-size-luxury-cloth) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
