Finally found one that actually is practical and realistic
I bought other versions of these products and they're okay but sometimes can look fake under certain shirts.However those version appears like normal anatomy without people possibly noticing or wearing it underneath.The material is also really high quality comfortable and very stretchy.Overall amazing product!

good and bad
The tight fitting shirt and padding were surprisingly not hot to wear.The thickness of the padding might be enough to give the natural looking results pictured, on a man under 5 feet tall, but if you are over 6 foot, a half inch of extra thickness is barely noticeable. Besides the thickness the width of the ” muscles" was too small, but probably correct for a small man. I thought this would be like the theater padding at college that make you look very muscular on stage, but this costume's muscle areas are too thin and too small to make a visable difference. I'll look into the hassle of returning it.

Pretty good
Slightly annoyed the first order never showed up, but the second was on time and was comfortable, though I needed a size larger. The pads are easy to remove for washing the shirt, but I suggest marking them as you take them out so they make it back into the correct pouches. If you’re wearing more than one layer or anything thick over this, the muscles don’t show through. I got it for a costume that involved a robe, so there wasn’t a noticeable difference in my appearance. For normal outfits, I think it works.

Really good, just a bit tight.
It does it's job for cosplays but it's a little tight. Would recommend a size larger. Other than that, it's a good product.

Ignore the size chart figures. M is medium in UK XL is extra large.
Only bought to add extra foam to chest and arms for fancy dress costume. Fantastic result. As a increase in size for skinny people it adds a bit of bulk under clothes in the right places without looking obvious.
