The SE needle series are stainless steel shafts with a luer lock polypropylene hub. This line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. In addition they are silicone free. Designed to dispense most viscosity fluids and adhesives. These tips are epoxy bonded from shaft to hub and are supplied at an economical price.Tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip features a tapered internal design where the shaft meets the hub to improve fluid flow and reduce any restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes.
