It holds for 24 hours. use as directed. **Q: If zinc is dangerous, why is it in this?** A: Too much Zinc counteracts the other minerals you have in your body and it may cause nerve damage similar to fibromyalgia and feeling not well. **Q: Does this product have Zinc?** A: Pretty sure it does, but Secure, also sold by Amazon does not.
