Great macro profile. All protein(20g), with only 1 g net carbs, 0g fat, no sucralose or erythritol or other artificial sweeteners. Lactose free. I only tried the French vanilla & it tastes good in my opinion. There is a bit of an aftertaste, but i don't mind it. I'm not sure if it's from the actual product or the typical metallic canned drink aftertaste, or a mix.

I love the slate coffee protein shakes. These have just enough caffein for for my morning coffee. These are convenient because it is coffee and breakfast all in one. Easy to grab and go when you are in a rush. 20 grams of protein, low sugar and calories, and taste is great! I enjoy all the flavors and buy these on a regular basis!

Love the milk chocolate and latte flavors. The dark chocolate is just a touch off - they're all drinkable, the dark chocolate one is just a touch too bitter on the dark chocolate flavor. They're great refrigerated and the texture isn't as rich as milk, yet nicely filling. It's just right and I look forward to ordering more milk chocolate ones!

Great taste! Good protein drink at only 100 calories. I keep them at work and have one in the afternoon when I’m reaching that slump in the day. Or replace lunch with one. Great to have around and they really do taste good! The Mocha coffee ones are delicious too and comparable to having two cups of coffee when you need a caffeine pick me up. Wish the case contained more cans.

Classic chocolate is the only decent one. The texture is nice, but they still give me that dry mouth feeling. The aftertaste is horrendous. The dark chocolate and mocha latte were honestly hard to get down. Main reason I finished the case was the macros. Won’t be repurchasing.

I received the variety pack quickly. I didn’t shake the can the first time so it tasted a bit grainy. Afterwards I knew to shake so everything mixed well. I don’t like the vanilla but the caramel and mocha taste really good. I want able to drink them all as many of the cans were dented. I was always taught dispose of items in dented cans. So I ended up losing out.
