I dab a little just on my problem areas. If your skin is sensitive to it you can dilute it but it is not needed. **Q: which essential oils are in this?** A: Black cumin seed oil, ho wood oil, melaleuca leaf oil, eucalyptus leaf oil, geranium oil, and litsea fruit oil. **Q: Will this help to clear up blackheads?** A: Yes **Q: Is it for using night and day? or night only?** A: This stuff works so well, I was pleasantly shocked!
