Great price - excited to give this a go in my addi machine; i’ll update this review based on how that works. straight out of the bag, the yarn is soft and squishy. the colors are muted, which is ideal (i was hoping for a softer palette and it looks like each strand has a bit of white in it which is nice and makes the skein less chaotic than if it were straight jewel tones)! This is fairyland yarn which is being sold at a very competitive price with this vendor at a great value! Only potential issue is i do see a lot of halo effect and I’m worried about potential shedding and pilling. I can’t speak to that now though, since i’ve just opened the package. All 8 packs are from the same dye lot! Perfect.

excited to give this a go in my addi machine; i’ll update this review based on how that works. straight out of the bag, the yarn is soft and squishy. the colors are muted, which is ideal (i was hoping for a softer palette and it looks like each strand has a bit of white in it which is nice and makes the skein less chaotic than if it were straight jewel tones)! Easy to work with, but more factory knots than I would have liked to see. I had to dismantle some skeins to make sure that the colors continued in the same order on my sweater project. I used an H/5mm crochet hook and it's been perfect for this yarn and my granny stitch sweater. Beautiful transitions between colors!
