Firstly I could not register to install the XMeye mobile app on either my iPAD or iPhone, the app was not able to send a verification code to my email, so I could not install the mobile app to use the PTZ Camera. Secondly, the software supplied with the product is very badly written and when installed on my PC failed to be able to connect to the IP PTZ Camera, I tried direct Ethernet connection to no avail and I tried to connect with the IP PTZ Camera connected to my hub router - I gave up after 3 hours of trying. I would anyone considering buying this product to avoid it, as it does not work.
