An auxiliary magnet was added to the centre of the SP3 to improve the strength of the magnetic field and reach a 1.2T magnetic flux. It is thanks to this important driving power that the SP3 manages to provide such a dynamic sound. Silk Tweeter for Unparalleled Treble Resolution In an active desktop speaker, the tweeter usually plays a crucial role in reproducing fine sound details, which is why FiiO’s SP3, unlike many other active models, uses a 1" tweeter capable of reproducing frequencies up to 35kHz. The copper-plated aluminium KSV voice coil allows for accurate and clean reproduction of high frequencies, even when listening off-axis. Review: Powerful speakers in a small package - There is nothing to dislike with these speakers. The build quality is nothing short of excellent, sound quality is very pleasing to my ear and the ambient light effect is an added bonus. I have them connected to my FiiO R7 which by the way is also a remarkable bit of kit. In the box is every conceivable cable you would require for connecting your music sources. On the back of the master speaker is volume knob, bass knob, input selection button, RGB effect selection button, L/R channel switch, power button, DC power input, Primary speaker output, Line 1&2 inputs and Secondary speaker input. The speakers ooze quality and have the sound reproduction to match. Highly recommended.

There is nothing to dislike with these speakers. The build quality is nothing short of excellent, sound quality is very pleasing to my ear and the ambient light effect is an added bonus. I have them connected to my FiiO R7 which by the way is also a remarkable bit of kit. In the box is every conceivable cable you would require for connecting your music sources. On the back of the master speaker is volume knob, bass knob, input selection button, RGB effect selection button, L/R channel switch, power button, DC power input, Primary speaker output, Line 1&2 inputs and Secondary speaker input. The speakers ooze quality and have the sound reproduction to match. Highly recommended.
