The dentist commented on my daughter's teeth and she's been using this a while now and it's definitely helped the health of her teeth has improved. This was an acquired taste and texture to begin with but now she is used to it and this is all she'll tolerate- there aren't many options at a normal price of regular toothpaste (plenty of very expensive fruit flavoured ones) and so we find this affordable.
