While the keyboard switches seamlessly between devices as advertised, the mouse does not.I paired the set with my laptop and iPad. Initially, both devices connected to my laptop without issues. However, when switching to my iPad, the keyboard pairs successfully, but the mouse remains stubbornly connected to the laptop. This requires me to manually re-pair the mouse each time I switch devices, which defeats the purpose of having a multi-connect set.Adding to the disappointment, I reached out for support but did not receive any proper assistance from either the seller or Amazon. This lack of customer service has left me feeling let down.While the keyboard works as expected, the poor usability of the mouse and the unhelpful support make this product difficult to recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Battery is awesome! Dpi control is great to have.One problem i noticed is that some combos don't work with the keyboard like (control+shift+tab)One session of charge has lasted the keyboard and mouse more then a month of use. Usage is moderate. I use it around 3-4 hours a day.Great functionalities.
