And if so where can I buy it** A: No idea if you can get replacement covers (I think for that your best bet would be to contact the company for customer service), but the cover it comes with zips off and is washable. **Q: what the difference between this pillow and therapeutic pillow?** A: This pillow has a neck rest in the center for back sleeping and indentions on each side for side sleeping. It actually takes a few nights to get used to it but it is worth it. **Q: This looks hard. Is it squishy or dense?** A: Its Hard and dense, but if you do get used to it and sleep on your back say goodbye to morning neck pain forever. **Q: What is the warranty for the pillow? Thank you ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Firmness takes some getting used to *by N***S on June 23, 2018* It took me about a week to get used to sleeping on my side with a more raised pillow than what I'm used to. I'm not much of a back sleeper, but it still feels good to lay in bed an extra 5-10 min in the center position to stretch out my neck muscles before getting out of bed. The ear holes seemed hokey at first, but given the hardness of the rest of the side-laying pillow, I'm very grateful that they are there. Speaking of the hardness, it means my head has constant support when laying on my side versus my previous regular pillow. I would fluff it up, and that would help for a moment, but the fluff would always go out and my neck would torque. This pillow does as it promises, providing a firm yet comfortable shelf for your head when side sleeping. I will be taking my pillow with me on vacation in a couple of weeks. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great for back sleepers; uncomfortable for long term side sleeping *by A***R on April 12, 2018* I bought this off the kickstarter program as I'm a side sleeper and kept getting really bad neck and shoulder pain. I echo what others have said that this is a great pillow for back sleepers but not the best for side sleepers. I will say that I do toss and turn a little at night so it would wake me up a little more than usual to have to readjust and get my ear in the correct spot. But it was just not comfortable on my ear. My ear would always hurt when I wake up. So this is not for me for every day use. I will break it out on occasion if my neck starts hurting again as it will help that after a night or two. But I go back to the side sleeping pillow I got at BBB for the rest of the time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for BACK SLEEPERS *by J***E on February 16, 2018* Great for BACK SLEEPERS, but it did not work at all for when I wanted to switch to my side. The cervical support on this pillow is fantastic. Best I have tried. I have a straight C-Spine and need a lot of neck support and this helped a lot. But I am both a back and side sleeper so when I switched to my side I was very uncomfortable . So uncomfortable that I had to switch back to my old pillow. If you are a back sleep and need cervical support this is a great pillow for you, but...at least for me...this is not a side sleeper pillow.A little about this pillow:- It is extremely firm, which is great for cervical support- The bottom of the pillow is almost hard so it will not work if you sleep on your arm underneath the pillow- The height of the pillow is short, I am only 5.5 and I felt the height for side sleeping was too low to offer appropriate support- The sides of the pillow with the "ear holes" are too narrow to be comfortable.
