Don't waste your money.
This was a complete waste of money. I had such high hopes from such good reviews but not managed to get rid of anything but the smallest hardly there skin tags. This hurt a lot when trying to get rid of bigger skin tags and bled a lot and still not successful. The best thing I have found was something they sell which is expensive for what it is but works without pain as it is just pushing a tiny rubber bandover it and after approximately 2 weeks it falls off.

A good buy I'm happy with
Has burnt off some scabby skin overgrowth my doctor kindly informed me is normal age related :(. Do remember to press the switch down to turn on! Like many electric tools, you have to hold the on switch on as a safety feature. There is another on/ off switch that you put on first which makes it potentially live, then the heat switch is held down while active. It looks good, feels well made and comfortable to hold.

That it works
I am very pleased with my pen,it does hurt but i tried putting a ice pack on the liver spot on my face it was quite big i tried lots of different creams but none works,so after freezing the spot it still hurt but not so much, and i did it a bit at a time, I am now going to try it on a wart that i have had for years even the hospital could not get rid of it.

Would recommend
Works as it should, used for skin tag. Small one at the minute and worked great. Watched a few videos on YouTube was still nervous but not as bad as I thought. Charges with USB and supposed to last 5 hours fully charged. Would recommend but take your time and be careful.

Great purchase!!
I didn’t realise it would be so difficult to do it my own and that’s because I’m squirmish. Managed to get a few skin tags off and a mole. Very useful tool to have.

Doesn’t work
Instructions translated from Chinese are impossible to understand. Extremely painful to use. Leaves a burn does not lift off beauty spots as it claims. Breaks after a couple of uses
