Bye bye old bed rest buddy
It's comfortable but the snaps and positions it can be switched to are a little confusing. I feel like it should have a couple more snaps to hold it

One big complaint
I was looking for a smaller height wedge pillow and the one that's 4.5" on top seems like the perfect height. It is 4.5 inches tall and it is quite comfortable. I didn't really need the taller wedge pillow because I already have that size and I just slide down it every night. It did take a full 48 hours for the pillow to inflate to 4.5 inches. The complaint I have are the two velcro strips that run along both sides of both pillows. They put the soft part of the velcro on the neck pillow straps and the hard scratchy hook part of the velcro on the long strips along the pillows. The plastic strips seems exceptionally hard and stiff and scratchy. My blanket sticks to the hard plastic hooks and it's snagging it (it's a cooling blanket). There is only about one inch wide of velcro from the neck pillow that sticks to the long strips of plastic so it's exposed to catch on anything that sticks to velcro. The strips on the wedge pillows are 8 inches long and there's 4 of them.It would make far more sense to put the soft velcro strips on the actual pillows and the hard scratchy plastic hook part on the small neck pillow.

Simple wedge pillow.
It's pretty nice, provides a decent amount of support and I can avoid neck pains while sleeping thanks to it. If you're in the market for this sort of thing I can definitely recommend this.

Nice wedge pillow overall
I chose this wedge pillow because my husband has very bad acid reflux, and despite the fact that we already have an inclined mattress elevator that has genuinely helped him, he's continued to struggle, so I was hoping to try to give him some additional relief. This wedge pillow is good overall, and we would recommend it. However, there were also a few things about it that could have been better and/or concern us about it's long-term success:We especially liked that it could be used either flatter or more upright and with or without a bed pillow either way. Therefore, we've included photos to show both angle options with and without standard pillows to show how the wedge and pillows compare in size. This wedge is very large, so a more rectangular vs. square option (to be a closer match to the shape/size of a bed pillow) might be more practical. The fact that the cover is removable/washable (it zips off) is nice, but the material itself is very thin, so it remains to be seen whether or not it will actually hold up over time.Overall, we would recommend it, though.

bed wedge pillow
This is a really comfortable pillow. I was having shoulder problems and had to sleep on my back. It was so wonderful to have this. It is kind of bulky if you have to store it, but the comfort makes up for that.

This is Not a Wedge Issue [FIVE STARS]
It’s common knowledge that if you cut down a tree and count the rings, you can ascertain how old it is. It’s my theory that a similar relationship exists between people and pillows. When I was a teenager, I could sleep anywhere I was tired, including the ground. My arm or a log was ample pillow. As I’ve gotten older, a log is no longer sufficient. I rely on real pillows, and more every year. I have pillows to keep my spine straight, pillows to keep my neck straight, pillows to elevate my knees, etc, etc. However, just because you have an abundance of traditional pillows doesn’t mean they’re necessarily the best solution to nighttime propping, elevation, and support needs. Enter the GOHOME Bed Wedge Pillow. The GOHOME pillow is quite literally a wedge. It’s a soft-and-comfy version of that thing you use to split logs for firewood. In this case, it’s made of a fairly dense memory foam and it’s substantially larger, measuring 24-inches by 24-inches by 10 inches. The foam is skinned in a machine-washable zippered bag.The wedge is crushed impossibly small and stuffed into a plastic bag for shipment. When you receive and extract it, it may take a few hours for it to expand back to its intended size and shape. Also, when first removed from the packaging, it may emit certain chemical odors...no doubt a by-product of the manufacturing process. Those smells dissipate within a few days and the wedge becomes odor-neutral.The web site suggests a number of obvious uses: head elevation to relieve acid reflux, heartburn, and snoring, and leg elevation to relieve back pain. This is the kind of product whose ultimate limitation is the imagination of the purchaser. I ordered mine for my wife, who usually builds a pillow fort on the living room couch when she reclines to read her mystery novels in the evening. She reports that the wedge is comfortable and useful for this purpose.
