I am very pleased with the purchase of this product. It is easy to use, easy to keep clean, ergonomic finish of details, large water container and good coffee! I recently bought it and I do not know yet how to clean it from scale and what liquid is suitable for this, but when the time comes I will look for information. I recommend, that is my opinion

Lovely machine ,not to noisy,easy to use .There is lots of helpful info for you to get your coffee wright . Equipment is good and solid ,value for money .

A very neat compact machine easy to operate; I've only given 4stars because of the following, on the 1 cup button it dispenses too much water for my espresso cups,if you allow it to continue to the Auto duration.I have since found out that you can adjust the quantity of water dispensed by both the 1cup and 2 cup buttons by following the detailed instructions,it is best to use a graduated jug so you know how much is being dispensed and you just press the button to stop.The 2 cups button is perfect! The hot water feature is good and the steam produces a good foam.Also I think the water tank should be a clear not a smoke acrylic, to see the water level more easily. Another factor it doesn't dry the coffee puck. But coffee has a great Crema

Just bought this machine and followed the initial instructions accurately, and indeed it makes a beautiful crema coffee, and also a lovely frothy cappuccino. Does not take up space, is sleek and very good quality for the price. I use reverse osmosis water to avoid scale build up and the other parts of the machine work seamlessly, and are very easy to clean. They have an excellent customer service team that responds quickly, as I erroneously thought I had a missing part, but they helped me solve this. Would highly recommend.

I bought this coffee machine for the second time. The first one is still working and is great. And the second one I bought for work. This machine is great. Easy to use. It has 20 bars of pressure which makes it a very effective coffee machine. Coffee from this machine is tasty and very hot. The look is modern and does the job. Of course, not everyone has to like it. But I like it. Easy to fill, easy to use. It has a function of heating the cup with steam before use. It has a function for making small and large coffee. Although for me there should also be a function for very large coffee. I use large coffee cups and here to fill such a cup I have to repeat the process of filling my cup. But this is not a disadvantage. From the less pleasant things I can say that the machine is quite loud during operation. But what other machine is not? The money I paid for it is very acceptable. It does not cost millions of coins like machines from the competition. I recommend this machine to anyone who does not need hundreds of functions and displays in their coffee machine. This coffee maker makes great coffee and doesn't cost much.

I asked for this coffee machine for Christmas. My brother and his wife have the same one and it’s a great little machine. I was very excited to use it but sadly I noticed straight away that it had an awful toxic plastic smell and taste. I ran over 3 tanks of water through it but the smell and taste did not go away. I returned for a refund. The machine was also very loud, pulses and tray rattles.I reordered it hoping this one was just faulty. The second machine also had the same smell but not quite as bad. My brother and I did a comparison video. He showed me how to run water through the milk wand. A design feature if you just want hot water. I noticed that his machine did not pulse when in use - it just made a humming sound. The tray did not vibrate loudly and the pressure of water coming out was noticeable better. His machine was much smoother and worked better. Identical machine (make and model) but definitely not made the same. My machine lacked pressure through the wand, the water coming out in spurts. It then cut out completely with no water coming out at all. I then noticed it was leaking water from the tank at the back but I couldn’t work out where or how. These machines may have been good a year ago but they have changed how they make them and are now terrible. I have organised another return. Very disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. Very nice home brewer. Compact and easy to use for beginner. It gives a very good creamy expresso. The pump is not too noisy and produces nice silky milk. Easy to clean, though I haven't tried removing the frothing wand. It's been 2 days since using this brewer, I hope it last long.

Bought this as my expensive Sage coffee machine is broken and awaiting repair. I looked up best buy coffee machines and this one was on the list. I couldn’t believe the price, it was cheaper than my Sage machine by a factor of 10 … ten times cheaper. At first glance you can tell this is built to a price. It feels flimsy and the portafilter, coffee baskets etc are very lightweight; I think some kind of alloy has been used for some components. After a “dial in” using my favourite coffee I pulled a few espresso shots and was pleasantly surprised by the results. The coffee tasted as good as my more expensive Sage machine! I also made a couple of latte drinks using the steam output to steam milk to 70c, again the end result, although not as good as the Sage this time, was very passable for a machine that’s a fraction of the cost. I think at this price the machine is a bargain! The machine itself has a premium look, being a combination of brushed and polished steel, it doesn’t look out of place sitting on the kitchen counter. Like all coffee machines the pump can be a bit noisy and the steam wand gets very hot, I made the mistake of brushing my hand against the steam wand and have a burn to prove it. There is no “auto purge” on the steam wand so you must remember to run a bit of steam through the wand once you have finished using it to avoid blockages. I like this machine, great value for money, makes good coffee and steams milk fairly well! Only time will tell if it will last but so far, so good.
