I have arthritis in my feet among other places. I mixed this 66% to 33% with MCT oil and put in an old spray bottle and sprayed it on my feet let it soak in and for the first time in year's I can walk without pain in them. They feel like they are soaking in a spa, and it lasts is the best part. I don't start feeling the familiar walking on broken glass feeling for about 20 hours after a single application. I can't use the same mix on my back as it's a bit strong but I'm stoked at what this stuff will do. This company shipped me a bottle that the USPS lost so I asked for a replacement which they shipped UPS. They treated me right so I have no problem with recommending you buy from them. It is in a plastic bottle but it's cheaper than glass and the plastic is safe for DMSO use.I went from needing a cane on occasion, not being able to hold a glass without fear of dropping it from pain to holding a glass steady as a rock, and walking like I did years ago, no scratch that better than I did years ago. My feet feel like they are soaking in a hot tub all the time now and I'm loving it. If you are on the fence about trying DSMO please give it a try.Edit: The company gave me a complimentary bottle to replace the bottle the USPS lost but it arrived very late and dirty like it was in between bins or something. Since they did me so well, I'd like to address another review on the quality of the bottle.
