I did the Rode London one year and High 5 were sponsoring it to some effect, and were giving out these bars at the end. I had never tried High 5 bars before but I found that I really liked them, they tasted great and give me a boost when I am low on energy I have never bought any other bars for the last 5-6 years - highly recommended
