Review: Hub frontale 3.5" completo: USB-C 20 Gbps, USB-A e lettore SD/microSD - Avevo bisogno di un modo comodo per collegare frequentemente chiavette USB, schede SD per le fotocamere e cavi USB-C senza dover sempre smanettare sul retro del case, e questo pannello frontale Graugear ha risolto tutto in un colpo solo. L'installazione è semplice: occupa un bay da 3.5 pollici standard e si collega alla scheda madre tramite il connettore interno 19-pin per l'USB e il connettore A-Key 20-pin per la porta USB-C ad alta velocità. Niente driver, niente software, plug & play immediato. Quello che mi ha convinto è la porta USB-C con USB 3.2 Gen 2x2, che garantisce fino a 20 Gbps: ideale per SSD esterni NVMe o dispositivi di nuova generazione che finalmente possono esprimere la loro velocità reale. Le due porte USB-A sul fronte sono comode per uso quotidiano, mentre il lettore di schede SD e microSD è doppio, quindi si possono usare entrambe contemporaneamente senza dover togliere l'una per inserire l'altra. La qualità costruttiva è buona, il pannello è solido e il frontale rifinito fa bella figura su qualsiasi case. Per chi usa abitualmente schede di memoria diverse o ha bisogno di USB veloci a portata di mano, è un acquisto che vale assolutamente.
