Review: Good buy! - Little better quality than I was expecting for such a low price. The tools are really nice.
Review: Great kit - This came in the original packaging and is a great beginner sourdough kit. The whisk and lame have good sized handles for mixing and scoring. The bench cutter is a nice size for bigger loaves. The banettons do a good job of wicking moisture and dry out quickly. I would buy Saint Germain Bakery products again.
