I was given this book as a gift. I have hundreds of cookbooks. My problem is that none of the recipes have any type of "introduction" to them. Rather, just a straight list of ingredients, directions and equipment. I enjoy the usual introduction contained in most cookbooks which can entice you to make the recipe. All in all, I found this to be just a collection of recipes and nothing more (although admittedly a lot of explanation about chocolate and prep in the beginning).
