Quality and provides great results for my fruits. I usually make my purchases from Out-gross website but I decided to go the desertcart Prime route this time around. 4 bags of mushroom substrate and 5 bags of casing. (Sterilized) In the past have have just purchased their 50/50 wheat straw and bulk. I never had the need for a casing. I am confident with their product but I asked for my items to be placed in one box. Each bag is clearly labeled casing and substrate. I'm just a bit confused with the product inside each bag. The casing has what looks to be some wheat straw, bark or mulch and has an ash and leathery like smell. Confused with the bulk bags too. It has a fresh smell and light brown color compared to the casing. Light and fluffy almost like Coco Coir and horse manure (hopefully) appearance but could be pest moss. I'm not sure... Like I mentioned the bags are clearly labeled but the casing to me looks like it could be the bulk and the bulk could be the casing. I hope I am wrong but I am sure to find out soon because casing that I just purchased and applied will hopefully be happy and sprout some tomatoes soon. Like I stated before I usually purchase from your Out-grow website. I mixed 2lbs of colonized grain spawn with 2 Lbs of substrate (1:1 ratio) in a mono-tub setup and within 10 days the substrate was fully colonized.. I have had contam issues with other brands. I have good results with this. I wish i could give 4.5 stars but going with 4. The reason for the not perfect rating is the sub was just slightly too wet.
