Add insulation! *by I***E on 29 March 2024* This is far better than using your sous vide widget in a pan. It's got all you need to cover against evaporation and keep the bags submerged. Sturdy and no unnecessary or fragile bits. I built an insulation wrap for it using some "radiator reflector" insulation I had left (the one that looks like metallized bubble wrap).
