Bristles are quite hard though, which is perfectly fine for cleaning around braces, fixed retainers/appliances. But can be a little harsh on the gums. A softer bristle would be ideal. Also bought it with the intention of cleaning out gum pocket over impacted tooth as advised by dentist, but gums occasionally bleed as bristles are very hard so will buy alternative with softer bristles next time.
