**Q: Are the almonds for this flour steam pasteurized or are they treated with ppo**
A: I just called the company, the same number you can see in the photos.  They do NOT use PPO on any of their almonds; it is steam pasteurized.  Good to find another company that has gotten wise to the chemicals!

**Q: Black specs in my blanched almond flower???**
A: Ground almond flour has bits of the skins. It’s all good

**Q: Can you make almond milk with this almond meal?**
A: No. Almond milk is made by grinding almonds in a lot of water and then filtering the pulp. You can, however, make almond milk from almond butter.

**Q: the description says this is a 48 ounce (3 pound) bag of almond flour, but the shipping weight says 2.6 pounds. is this truly a 3 pound bag of flour?**
