These squeezers lock in - they grip the tube, not like the one I had been using which I had to push each time. They work with toothpaste, sunscreen (with the cost, I'm going to get every bit out!) and any other tubes around the house. The only catch is the tube can't be wider than the squeezer (duh). So darn smart... winding the tube up so it gets shorter and shorter as it goes.
