I previously purchased a small net for my Ninja 300 but it turned out to be too small and because the hooks on the bike are spread so far apart, the netting wasn't very useable. THIS cargo net, on the other hand, is so versatile and works perfectly. Although the net, when fully stretched out, is much too wide to fit snugly across the passenger seat, I just have to fold the extra netting over and secure the end to itself to create a snug fit. The hooks are made of ABS plastic that seem pretty sturdy so far and haven't scratched my paint. Still, I do keep the hooks away from the finish as best I can just in case. Because they are not metal, there are no flimsy rubber protector bits that can fall off and get lost.
